Shalender Singh is originally from India. He has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, and is well acquainted with traditional Indian cuisine. Shalender has a particularly great passion for Indian fusion food.
His education is in Hotel Management from New Delhi. In his first years in the restaurant industry, he worked at Hotel Radisson and Taj Hotel in India. In recent years, he has worked as a chef and food consultant in India, the USA, Singapore, Africa and the Gulf.
