​BENARES INDIAN RESTAURANTOG BAR is a restaurant (in Tordenskiolds gate 8, 0160 Oslo) with room for 120 people and serves modern North Indian dishes, which have become very popular in a short time. Benares has specialist chefs in Indian Curry and Tandoor. We have a large and open kitchen, an attractive atmosphere and a good atmosphere to eat in. We have a good selection of wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails and whiskies. We want you to leave here with a memory of a fantastic restaurant experience. Benares is run by an experienced team who have been in the Indian restaurant industry for over 10 years. The restaurant has 70 seats in the front part of the restaurant, a separate room with room for 40 people, specially designed for large groups and 20 seats outside (in summer). We offer table service or a fixed buffet according to the customers' needs. In addition to this, we offer various catering services.
